To do this you must first VLC player installed on you pc. If you don't have click here to download and install.
Now click on Media tab and then Open Network Stream and fill in the URL of the stream in the address field and click play. Just copy and past the urls and click play.
Download the Live TV Streams List and play it with VLC or you can open it with notepad and change the order of TV channels or even delete from the list what you don’t want.
